I booked in a Reiki session with Dreamscape Art and Healing. I was amazed by the feeling of calmness and how relaxed and at peace I was after the appointment. Fiona is such a lovely Reiki practitioner. From the moment you step into her healing space, you know you are in loving hands. Her approach is both professional and warmly empathetic.

After the initial consultation, we did a quick meditation to ground, set an intention for the session (with some gorgeous blue lily oil) and got down to business. During each session I attended, Fiona's expertise in energy work became immediately apparent. Her technique combines traditional Reiki with elements of crystal healing and sound healing. She moves with quiet confidence, and you can feel the warmth emanating from her hands as she works on different energy centres.

Fiona has an intuitive ability to identify areas of blocked energy without any verbal input. She spent extra time working on my crown chakra which had been giving me trouble, though I hadn't mentioned it during our consultation. She customised her crystal placement depending on how my energy was on the day. I left each session feeling calmer and more grounded. I’m looking forward to continuing my work with Fiona!
